We are looking forexperienced
Electrical Engineering Draftsperson
This is a 38hr full time, permanent role.
We are located in modern facilities at Prestons NSW.
To be considered for the position you must have

Hours:
7:00am to 3:06pm Monday to Friday (38hours per week)
Must have experience with Modular Switchboard assembly & schematic wiring.
Must have experience in AutoCAD LT or a comparable software.
Must have experience in Sketchup or a comparable 3D design software.
Attention to detail and strive to work with a high standard of workmanship.
Work unsupervised & safely
Must have good communication with a good understanding of written & verbal English
Proficiency with electrical testing apparatus such as Multimeters, Insulation resistance testers, and Micro-ohm testers.
Solid problem solving skills with the ability to fault find wiring schematics.
Operation of workshop machinery and hand tools.
Work Health & Safety policies.
Understanding of Australian Standards and Energy Authority Rules




Understanding of Fuji SMBE manufacturing & design practices.

Excellent weekly pay with a Salary range $90,000 to $100,****** + Super. Rate will depend on experience
3 months probationary period.

What your tasks will be:
Design & drafting of modular switchboard frames & cabinets including mounting of electrical components, design of of pre-fabricated busbars for the switchboards, and control wiring.
Design & drafting of switchboards to Energy Authority Rules, Australian Standards AS/NZS ***** and AS/NZS ****.
Carry out visual checks, mechanical checks & electrical tests including Insulation resistance, continuity, polarity & functional tests, checking & verification on tightness of electrical connections on busbar connections & wiring terminations.
Carry out Commissioning & configuration & setting of trip settings, configuration of Power monitors and communication protocols as required on switchboard components.
