is seeking a passionate and motivated
SIL Team Leader.
You will lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and help deliver exceptional, person-centred support to NDIS participants.
Due to continual growth,we are looking for someone exceptional to be part of our journey, who is either already a
SIL Team leader
or looking to make the next step up in their career and become one.
As a SIL Team Leader, you will:
Lead and support Disability Support Workers
Coordinate daily SIL operations and staffing
Ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational standards
Support participants to achieve their goals and independence
Ability to manage incidents, risk and competing operational priorities.
Build positive relationships with families and stakeholders
Drive a culture of quality, safety,



and continuous improvement
Ability to provide direction to staff while also holding them accountable
Passionate about empowering people with disability
Willing to provide hands-on support, including personal care when required
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in the Disability/Community services, ideally within SIL or complex supports
Certificate III in Disability Support (minimum)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
