team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, suited to someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and delivers consistent quality every day.
Key Responsibilities
Mixing, shaping, and baking products
Maintaining product quality, consistency, and presentation
Ensuring strict food safety and hygiene compliance
Cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas to a high standard
About You
Bakers' assistant with bakery experience
Ability to work
early starts (varies 12am–10am), weekends, and public holidays
Strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and thrives under pressure
High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
