This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) base at any of our BEST sites.
The Human Resources Officer provides professional, efficient and responsive administrative support across all Human Resources (HR) functions. The role is responsible for maintaining employee records and HR systems, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, preparing HR documentation and reports, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
The position contributes to the delivery of high-quality HR services by ensuring HR processes are accurate, compliant, customer-focused and continuously improved,



while supporting a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:
Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within Human Resources.
Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and industrial instruments within established guidelines.
Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also working independently.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and quality service.
