Key member of the Senior Leadership Team
Are you a passionate and experienced leader in monogastric animal nutrition looking to make a tangible impact? Join as the Technical & Nutrition Manager, where you will spearhead innovation in poultry and swine feeding programs, deliver expert nutritional solutions, and collaborate closely with commercial teams to drive customer success. This pivotal senior leadership role combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial insight and people leadership to optimize performance, profitability, sustainability, and animal welfare across the feed programs. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will help shape the strategic direction while strengthening customer relationships and elevating our market presence.
Required Skills
Expertise in monogastric nutrition, including nutrient analysis, precision feeding, and feed formulation
Proven ability to design innovative feeding programs for poultry and swine
Strong capability in assessing novel ingredients and feed additives for health and performance benefits
Clear, effective communicator able to present complex technical information to varied audiences
Track record of delivering customer-focused technical support, training, and advisory services
Commercial acumen with experience in financial modeling,



margin analysis, and market-driven decision-making
Leadership experience in coaching and developing high‐performing technical teams
Proficient in quality control, regulatory compliance, and feed mill GMP practices
Willing to travel regularly for customer support, field work, and industry event
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with feed formulation software, eg Bestmix
Understanding of feed mill operations, cost modeling, and supply chain economics
Advanced data analysis capabilities including interpreting trial and production data
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship‐building abilities
Preferred Education and Experience
MSc or PhD in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Monogastric Nutrition, or related field
Industry experience in monogastric nutrition research, technical support, feed formulation, or commercial nutrition roles
Proven track record in supporting sales teams and advising producers, nutritionists, and veterinarians in monogastric nutrition
Other Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel frequently for customer support, training, and industry engagements
Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards, sustainability practices, and industry trends

Full time permanent role.
The role is ideally based in Sydney, though interstate candidates will be considered, with travel to Sydney required during manufacturing trials.
