We offer small class sizes of 12 to 18 children, abundant resources, and vibrant indoor and outdoor learning spaces that are designed to make learning exciting and hands‐on. Nominated Supervisor
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to guide our team at our 40-place service in Greystanes.
To Be Successful:
We are looking for a passionate early childhood professional who has experience with:
Manage daily operations,



ensuring a quality setting for both children and staff.
Support our team to design and implement our programs in line with our Montessori Curriculum and EYLF.
Build and maintain relationships with families and the community.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Lead, mentor, and support staff; manage their schedules and development.
Oversee health, safety, and risk measures.
Regularly update the Director on operational aspects.
Offer their experience in leadership skills and is dedicated to nurturing a positive environment.
Can easily multi‐task and thrives under pressure whilst consistently meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualification:
ECT or Diploma Qualification.
