HSE Coordinator - Drive Safety and Operational Excellence Across Australia

What We're Looking For: Essential Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years' experience in HSE/WHS, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or mining sectors
Current and valid driver's licence for regional travel




Qualification in Work Health & Safety or related discipline (preferred)
Familiarity with legislative safety requirements, permits, licences, and regulatory reporting
Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
Effective communication abilities and team collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or Velocity experience is advantageous
Exposure to ISO standards *****, *****, *****) (desirable)
Nice to Have Skills
Experience supporting internal and external safety audits
Skilled in risk assessment processes and development of risk registers
Knowledge of safety management systems and contractor onboarding processes
Preferred Education & Experience
Tertiary qualification in WHS, Safety, or a related field
Up to 3 years' experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in relevant industries
Additional Requirements
Travel across multiple sites nationwide is expected
Commitment to maintaining compliance and safety excellence
