Site Manager – 4 Week Contract | Northern NSW / Byron Bay Region

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a $5M hospitality refurbishment and expansion on a 4-week contract, covering a holiday period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a live project with a reputable commercial builder and ensure works continue to run safely, efficiently, and on programme.

The project is being delivered within a live setting, so previous experience managing staged refurbishments while maintaining site safety and programme is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and manage site programme
Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and WHS compliance




Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client
Maintain quality control and project documentation
Keep works progressing in line with programme

About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
Hospitality, clubs, pubs or live workplace experience highly regarded
Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and site management processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
Current White Card (First Aid preferred)
