Benny’s Cronulla is on the hunt for a strong Senior Chef de Partie to join our team.

We’re a busy coastal restaurant focused on quality produce, straightforward execution, and delivering a great experience every service. With a growing events and functions calendar, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step up and be part of a tight, professional kitchen.

The Role
Run your own section with confidence and consistency
Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team
Maintain high standards in prep, service, and cleanliness
Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes
Assist with functions, events, and high-volume services

About You
Proven experience as a CDP or Senior CDP
Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
Organised, clean, and detail-oriented




Passion for food and hospitality
Reliable and a team player

What We Offer
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 + Super (based on experience)
