About the Role

Join our banking customer service team and help customers with everyday enquiries.



You’ll be supported every step of the way with structured training and coaching.

What You’ll Be Doing
Answer inbound customer calls (no sales)
Help with customer's banking related queries including fraud, dispute, credit card and business banking
Use multiple systems to find solutions
Provide accurate and skilled support

What We’re Looking For
Customer service or banking experience desirable (retail, hospitality, call centre – all welcome!)
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training & Support

We set you up for success from day one:
3 weeks training (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:30 pm)
Ongoing coaching and support
