Your role will include:
Managing a residential portfolio of 150 LOCAL properties with assistance
Overseeing all aspects of property management




Conducting entry and exit condition reports when required
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
Working in a structured and systemised workplace using industry-standard software

About you:
2–3+ years’ experience in a Property Manager role
Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
Valid driver’s licence
Solid communication and client relationship skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
