About the role
We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
to lead our onsite maintenance operations and support the continued reliability of our facility. The ideal candidate will bring
3–5 years of hands‐on experience
in a similar role, with strong
mechanical expertise
and additional
electrical expertise
considered highly desirable.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.



You will coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and manage contractors to ensure external works are planned, supervised and completed in line with site requirements, safety standards and business priorities.
About You
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in maintenance supervision or senior maintenance roles
Mechanical qualification and/or Electrical licence
Proven leadership capability
Experience with plant and equipment associated with Food Manufacturing
Robust communication and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of computer maintenance management system
