About the role
This is a key customer-facing role managing important accounts across QLD. You will protect and grow existing relationships, resolve issues quickly and work with internal teams to deliver practical, commercially sound customer outcomes.
Duties
Manage and grow key commercial customer accounts
Resolve service, supply and site issues quickly
Build relationships with contractors and site stakeholders
Identify product, equipment and solution-led growth opportunities
Protect retention, margin and customer satisfaction
Skills and experience




Key account or B2B account management experience
Strong customer care, follow-up and problem-solving ability
Experience managing complex or multi-site accounts
Commercially aware with strong margin and service discipline
Background in distribution, equipment, FM, trade or services preferred
