About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Manufacturing Operators for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Dandenong. Seeking reliable and motivated individuals with previous machine operating experience or strong mechanical aptitude to join a fast-paced production environment on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term permanent employment with a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer offering stable hours and specialized training.
Working within a clean and highly regulated manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and have a solid focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing - encapsulation, compression and stick line and packaging machinery
Set up machines and perform changeovers when required
Conduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
Maintain production output and quality standards
Identify and report machine faults or production issues
Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
Complete production documentation accurately
Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment




Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
Minimum 1 year experience machine operating in food or pharma
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Experience within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments highly regarded
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments advantageous
Reliable transport and flexibility to work day or afternoon shifts
Full working rights within Australia
