Blended by Sarah is a purpose led Australian business changing what mealtimes look like for people who are tube fed. We create real whole food options for enteral feeding, supporting children and adults and advocating for patient choice. Our products are food for special medical purposes, and the families we serve are often navigating medically complex lives, so care and empathy sit at the heart of what we do. We are growing quickly, including into export markets such as India, China and Hong Kong, and we are building our team to take us there.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands on Head of Business Operations to take the day to day running of the business and build the operational foundations for our next stage of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside our Head of Nutrition and Sales, you will own supply chain, logistics, operations, admin and people, freeing the CEO to focus on strategy, brand and clinical integrity.
Because our product is a food for special medical purposes and our customers are medical families, this role carries a level of care, sensitivity and regulatory complexity beyond a typical operations position.
This role is for someone who leads by doing. It is fully onsite at our Windsor office in Brisbane, parking is provided. It is not a remote or hybrid position.
What You Will Do
Own supply chain,



procurement and logistics end to end, driving reliability, quality and cost efficiency
Lead the day to day operation, from order fulfilment, administration and dispatch to systems and process
Hold and reduce operating costs across the business
Line manage and support the administration and operational team, and help build it as we grow
Research, help shape and execute our export strategy
Support the CEO on strategic planning, analysis and delivery
About You
A proven hands on operator who has run the day to day of a small to medium business
Solid on supply chain, logistics and process, with the financial literacy to own budgets and cost control
A calm, organised people leader who takes genuine ownership of outcomes
Comfortable being onsite and close to the operation each day
Experience in export, international logistics, ecommerce, food or health/medical related industries is a bonus
