The Organisation
Our client is a well-established and growing accounting firm with a diverse client base across medical specialists, construction, trades, and real estate. With a large local team, they are known for their collaborative, down-to-earth culture and strong leadership structure.
The firm operates in small team "pods" led by Senior Partners, offering excellent exposure, mentorship, and long-term career development.
The JOB
Establishing new entities including Companies, Trusts and Self Managed Super Funds
Processing ABN, TFN and Business Name registrations
Preparing and lodging ASIC documentation including Director appointments and resignations, share transfers and company updates
Managing entity deregistrations and wind ups
Conducting title searches
Coordinating AML and CTF compliance requirements




Maintaining accurate corporate records and ensuring ongoing compliance
About You
Proven experience in a Corporate Secretarial or Corporate Compliance role within public practice
Strong understanding of ASIC compliance and corporate secretarial requirements
Experience working with complex entity structures and their interrelationships
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
xperience using Now Infinity and ACIS is highly regarded
Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your workload
Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients
A professional, positive and approachable attitude
PR or AUS Citizen
