Guaranteed 38 hours' pay - even when jobs finish early
Finish when the work's done - some days wrap up in 4-5 hours, you still get paid

The work
Residential splits, ducted systems,



and commercial servicing across the Shoalhaven. Quality brands - Toshiba, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric. Well-scoped jobs with proper comms from the office, not a run sheet from hell.

About you
Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or 4th year apprentice - you're encouraged to apply)
2+ years post-trade experience with splits and ducted
Take pride in neat, accurate work
Can run a job solo or work in with the team
Full Australian driver's licence and Australian working rights
