What You'll Be Doing
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients
Generate new business through strategic and targeted business development activities
Source, attract and engage talent through various channels
Contribute to the overall teams success
Nurture candidate relationships and ensure quality service is provided at every interaction
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
About You
Experienced agency Recruiter or have a proven track record within a sales focused role
Demonstrate a growth mindset, thrive on building relationships and achieving goals
Have the ability to work in a process and target driven setting
Exhibit exceptional client management skills and the capability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
