We're looking for a reliable and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and calibration of a variety of weighing equipment. Based in Brisbane, and servicing clients across sites throughout Queensland. You'll need to be flexible, adaptable and committed to quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Calibration, repair and maintenance of retail, laboratory and industrial weighing applications.
Conducting on site service work, inspections and preventative maintenance.
Performing calibrations in accordance with NMI requirements and company procedures.
Equipment installation and commissioning.
Preparing accurate service reports, calibration records and job documentation.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
Providing professional technical support and customer service.
Maintaining strong positive relationships with customers and service providers.
What We're Looking For
Reliable, with a robust work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Background in instrumentation,
metrology, or weighing equipment
Solid electronic diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel based on workload and client needs
