We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone starting their marketing career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive workplace.

About the Role:

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support our Marketing team with day-to-day tasks across the website, social media, and general office administration. You will help ensure our brand messaging is consistent, our online presence is updated, and our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing reception phone calls, directing inquiries, and engaging in daily customer interactions
Assist with updating and maintaining website content
Help create, schedule, and publish social media posts across multiple platforms
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when requiredSupport email marketing campaigns and basic content creation
Upload product information, promotions, and news updates to the website
Assist with organising marketing assets such as images, brochures, and documents




Help with general office administration duties
Assist with Canva-based content creation (training provided)
Managing our customer data base to ensure it is always up to date.

About You:
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
A genuine interest in marketing and a robust desire to grow your skills in this field

This is a full-time position with set hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
