We’re on the hunt for a energetic Sales Representative to service the Singleton & Upper Hunter region. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and representing a trusted leader in sustainable waste management—this is your chance.
This permanent, full time field-based role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference. You’ll be out on the road connecting with customers, growing your territory, and delivering exceptional service—from onboarding through to ongoing account management and upselling opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across your territory
Manage inbound leads and customer enquiries
Proactively identify new business opportunities and secure new contracts
Prepare quotes and deliver tailored waste management solutions
Achieve weekly and monthly sales and account management KPIs
Conduct regular site visits to monitor satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in sales and customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to manage your own territory and build lasting relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in the waste or related industry (advantageous but not essential)
