Please note: These are not FIFO or DIDO positions. Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to the Rockhampton region.

About the Role
Reporting to the Site Leadership Team, you will:
Assist in the construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure assets
Operate safely and in accordance with all relevant procedures, regulations, and standards
Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Contribute positively to team culture and uphold TBG’s company values
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in these roles, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in one of the listed roles or within the civil construction industry
Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks in outdoor environments
Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safe work practices
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A strong work ethic and willingness to travel throughout Queensland when required
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
The following will be highly regarded:
Relevant trade qualifications
Experience working with Aurizon, Energy Queensland (EQL), or interstate utility providers
HR Driver’s Licence
Civil plant operator tickets and licences, including:
Excavator (<5t to 13t)
Skid Steer
Other relevant machinery tickets
