Whether you're already working in commercial construction or you're a residential Contracts Administrator ready to make the move into commercial, you'll be supported by experienced Project Managers and senior leaders who are passionate about developing the next generation of construction professionals.

The Chance
Working alongside experienced delivery teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget while building your commercial knowledge across every stage of the project lifecycle.
Prepare and administer subcontract agreements
Manage subcontractor compliance and statutory requirements
Assess and process progress claims and payment schedules
Administer subcontract variations and extension of time (EOT) claims
Assist with project budgeting, cost reporting and financial tracking
Support final accounts and Contract Value Agreements
Work closely with Project Managers to monitor project performance and financial outcomes




About You
You'll be someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in producing quality work and wants to build a long-term career in commercial construction.
Ideally you'll have:
A degree in Construction Management, Building or a relevant trade background
Experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction, or residential construction with a genuine desire to transition into commercial
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
