Delivery Consultant
to join our growing NSW Government team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Government Account Manager, supporting the delivery of IT contractors across some of the largest digital transformation programs in the NSW public sector.
You'll recruit across a broad range of technology disciplines including Cyber Security, Project Services, Software Development, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture while developing your career in one of Australia's most established IT recruitment businesses.

About the Role
As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a critical role in identifying and securing high-quality IT professionals for NSW Government contract opportunities.
Working closely with our NSW Government Account Manager, you'll manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance while supporting our growing contractor workforce.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
Your Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:




Sourcing and engaging high-quality IT professionals across multiple technology disciplines.
Conducting detailed candidate interviews and technical qualification.
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
Preparing professional candidate submissions for NSW Government opportunities.
Working within strict submission timeframes and service level agreements.
Coordinating interviews and managing offer negotiations.
Supporting our existing contractor workforce throughout their assignments.
Managing contractor extensions and ongoing engagement.
Maintaining accurate records and compliance within JobAdder.
Ensuring candidate documentation meets NSW Government panel requirements.
