About You
You are a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing person-centred palliative care. You bring empathy, kindness and professionalism to every interaction, value meaningful connections with guests and their families, and are committed to making a difference when it matters most.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in palliative care, aged care, oncology, hospice or community care
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Calm, empathetic and resilient under pressure
Team-oriented approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills
Commitment to person-centred care, dignity and respect
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work
