De Bortoli Wines, a leading Australian family-owned winery, seeks a Maintenance Tradesperson to keep our plant and equipment running safely at Bilbul, NSW. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and repair equipment to minimise downtime.

You will work across winery machinery, use a range of tools, and maintain accurate records. Collaboration with Maintenance and Cellar teams and explicit shift handover communication are essential; a forklift licence is desirable.
