About the Role
As Weighbridge & Logistics Coordinator, you are the operational hub of our business.
You will coordinate customer orders, deliveries, transport scheduling and weighbridge activities while supporting a high level of customer service across the Bayrange Group.
Your role will include:
Coordinating customer orders and deliveries
Scheduling and allocating company and subcontractor trucks




Managing weighbridge operations and transaction processing
Ensuring delivery documentation and dockets are accurate
Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and changes
Supporting logistics planning and fleet utilisation
Maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
Producing operational reports and maintaining accurate records
Working closely with quarry supervisors, drivers and management
Helping ensure customers receive outstanding service every day
