About the Role
PB Agrifood is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join the Toowoomba based team on a permanent full-time basis.
As our Office Administrator, you will take responsibility for the reporting, collation and processing of financial and administrative tasks. These tasks ensure stock is managed, there are correct records for business transactions and that required monies are paid and received by PB Agrifood. This role will also see you engaging with and serving customers via telephone or in person and professionally handling their enquiries. You will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while being part of a team that celebrates collaboration, diversity and initiative. About You
The Office Administrator role requires the following skills and experience:
Excellent administration skills and experience utilising Microsoft Office software to create and manage business documents and coordinate tasks;
Robust customer service and communication skills;
Demonstrated understanding of payroll requirements including interpretation of applicable industrial instruments, taxation and superannuation laws, and leave accrual entitlements;
Demonstrated understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, bank reconciliations and journal entries;
Efficient and accurate data entry skills; and
Experience preparing reports.
