, and we're looking for an experienced estimator ready to take the next step into leadership.
This isn't a role where you'll simply prepare quotes.
You'll lead from the front, mentor a talented estimating team, work directly with customers and help us continue building one of Australia's best estimating departments.
About the Role
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will:
Allocate work across our Australian and offshore estimating teams.
Coach and mentor estimators.
Liaise with customers and support the sales team.
Support implementation of Revit and AI initiatives.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity while remaining hands-on with technical estimating.
About You
You'll ideally have experience in:
Electrical, mechanical or structural steel projects




Reading construction drawings
Customer communication
Mentoring or supervising team members
Experience with ProEst, ERP systems, HubSpot, Excel, Bluebeam or Revit will be highly regarded.
