Marketing & Content Creator (Part-Time)
Do you love creating beautiful content that tells a story? We're looking for a creative, energetic and passionate Marketing & Content Creator to join our family-owned business and help showcase what makes The Green Elephant Early Learning Centres so special.
This isn't your typical marketing role.
Every day you'll be capturing genuine moments of children learning, educators inspiring, families connecting and beautiful learning environments. You'll transform these moments into engaging content across social media, our website and marketing campaigns.
If you're someone who always has a camera in your hand, notices the little details, loves good design and enjoys creating content that people actually want to watch—we'd love to hear from you.
About Us
The Green Elephant is an award-winning, family-owned group of premium early learning centres across Sydney.
Our centres are known for their beautiful environments, exceptional educators, innovative programs and genuine family feel. We don't believe in stock photos or staged marketing—we believe the best stories are the real ones happening every day.
About the Role
This is a flexible part-time position (approximately 2-3 days per week) with the opportunity to grow as our business continues to expand.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to bring our brand to life through engaging visual content.
What You'll Be Doing
Planning and managing our social media content
Visiting our centres to capture high-quality photos and videos
Creating Instagram Reels, TikToks and short-form video content
Designing graphics for social media, website and marketing campaigns
Editing videos for advertising and promotional campaigns




Assisting with website updates
Creating brochures, flyers, signage and other marketing material
Helping develop creative marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand
Monitoring social media engagement and community interaction
Working with our team to capture exciting events, celebrations and everyday moments
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Experience in social media marketing and content creation
Strong photography and videography skills
Excellent video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar)
Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
A great eye for design, branding and storytelling
Excellent written communication skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to bring current ideas
The ability to work independently while also collaborating with our team
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between our Sydney centres
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience creating paid social media campaigns
Website experience (Wix is a plus)
Animation or motion graphics experience
Drone videography skills
Experience working with lifestyle, education or family brands
