Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced
Production Operators
to join our team at a well-established
mine
, located approximately one hour west of Mackay.

About the Role
Working within a high-performing production team, you will be responsible for safely operating large-scale mobile mining equipment while contributing to the efficient production of coal in a busy open-cut mining environment.
Roster
Roster:
7/7 rotating roster (Days & Nights)
Shift Length:
12.5-hour shifts
Location:
Approximately 1 hour west of Mackay
Transport:
DIDO or BIBO from Mackay available
Accommodation:
Camp accommodation and meals provided
Equipment Experience -
We are seeking operators with demonstrated experience operating one or more of the following:
Haul Trucks (CAT *******, Komatsu 830E or equivalent)
Excavators
Graders
Loaders
To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous production mining experience within an open-cut coal mine
Current Standard 11
Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
Current Driver's Licence
SSE signed skills list or training transcript demonstrating competency on relevant equipment
Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced mining environment
