Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the Hertz locations throughout the central west of NSW.

Duties:
Overseeing day to day operations
Maximize utilization as set per KPI’s
Manage, mentor and develop team




Ensure the business achieves its financial objectives by ongoing examination of the accounts, system information, daily operating controls and figures
Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations from target achievement occur
Completion of reports by due dates
Maintain systems to ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly

Requirements:
Customer service and logistics experience
Minimum two years of experience in managing teams
Desire to achieve
Ability to work under pressure
Strong planning skills, organising skills and time management skills
