We are launching a brand-recent large-format retail store in North Lakes and are looking for a hands-on leader who wants to be part of building something from the ground up - shaping team culture, driving performance, and setting the standard from day one.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a large-format / big-box rapid paced retail environment and help build a high-performing, engaged team.

Your focus will be on:
Leading from the front on the shop floor
Coaching and developing team members to lift performance
Driving sales, KPIs, and customer experience
Managing stock,



VM, and operational standards
Creating a positive, accountable team environment.

Who this role suits

This role is ideal for someone who:
Is currently a Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or ASM ready for a bigger challenge
Comes from big box, large-format or high-volume retail
Enjoys developing people and being hands-on in store
Wants to be part of a new store journey, not just maintain the status quo
Brings energy, accountability, and a genuine team-first mindset.
