As the HR Advisor you will join a high performing, large People & Culture team on a 6 month assignment which may lead onto other longer term opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role supporting employees across a large and complex well known organisation. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving and providing outstanding stakeholder support.

About the role

You’ll be part of a centralised HR function providing advice and support across the employee lifecycle. Managing a high volume of enquiries, you’ll partner with employees and leaders to deliver timely, accurate and customer focused HR support.
Responding to HR enquiries across the employee lifecycle
Advising on leave, contract changes and HR policies
Supporting employees and leaders with HR processes
Maintaining accurate employee records and system updates
Interpreting awards and enterprise agreements




Navigating multiple HR and business systems

About you

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy workplace and enjoys being the go-to person for HR advice.

You’ll bring:
Previous HR Advisor or HR Coordinator experience
Experience interpreting awards and/or enterprise agreements
Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence learning new systems and technology
