About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will lead the home through its
commissioning phase
, ensuring safe, high-quality care while building a strong, high‐performing team.
You will oversee operations, compliance, team performance and resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership across clinical, hospitality, lifestyle and administration teams
Ensure high standards of clinical governance, care delivery and resident wellbeing
Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and quality standards




Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
About You
Previous Aged Care Management experience
Commissioning experience desirable yet not essential
Current AHPRA registration
Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
Proven leadership, operational and financial management capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for delivering high‐quality resident‐centred care
