We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Workforce Planner to spearhead nationwide high-volume hiring initiatives for our Customer Fulfillment and Delivery Services teams.
In this newly created role, you will manage the delivery of associate labor through direct sourcing channels, vendor suppliers, daily vendor management and engagement initiatives.

This role would be based at either the Ravenhall, Dandenong or Craigieburn Fulfillment Centre with travel required to various locations within your assigned region (up to 25%).
Key job responsibilities
Drive end-to-end workforce staffing— manage the delivery of Associate labour through direct sourcing channels, vendor partnerships, and daily supplier engagement
Drive community engagement— own the tactical development and execution of community outreach plans to build sustainable talent pipelines
Partner cross-functionally— collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams on labour demand planning across multiple sites
Champion process improvement— work with Product and Program Management teams on technology enablement and automation initiatives
Deliver on key metrics— own vendor engagement, peak planning, cost-per-hire, compliance, and the development of a scalable,
lights-out workforce planning workflow
Influence without authority— coordinate and align staffing leads and cross-functional partners to execute nationwide workforce staffing events
Basic Qualifications
Experience with workforce planning
Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
Experience in vendor management
Experience in technical support work, engineering, or an operations environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial or business analysis
Financial planning or commercial analyst experience
