Club Macleay is a bowls club situated on Macleay Island within the Southern Moreton Bay Islands. Open for Lunch & Dinner 7 days per week featuring a classic menu with a highly rotating specials board.
We are looking for a recent Chef/Cook to come and join the kitchen team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Daytime & nighttime shifts
Assist with ordering
Assist with training & supervising staff
Skills & Experience:
Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
Food Safety Certificate
Above award pay rates!
Regular hours & roster
Staff discount on food
