About the Role
We are seeking an
experienced Client Service Officer (minimum 3 years)
to join our growing financial planning practice at Peak Partnership Wealth Design Solutions.
This is a key role within our advice delivery team, focused on
end-to-end implementation of financial advice strategies
across
superannuation, investment platforms, and personal insurance
.
You will work closely with advisers and clients to deliver seamless, high-quality implementation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end
implementation of financial advice strategies
Work across
multiple super, wrap and investment platforms
Assist with
risk insurance implementation and servicing
Arrange
term deposits and investment transactions
Support and execute
listed investments / share trades
(minimal/sporadic only)
Act as
primary point of contact for clients during implementation
Manage workflow and tasks through
XPlan
Prepare and collate
review and compliance documentation
Maintain accurate
client records and data integrity in XPlan
About You
Minimum
3 years' experience in a financial planning CSO role
Strong working knowledge of
XPlan (essential requirement)
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines




Professional communication skills and client focus
Highly regarded:
Experience across
multiple superannuation and investment platforms
Exposure to
risk insurance (applications, underwriting, servicing)
Confidence managing
end-to-end implementation independently
Desire to grow your career within financial planning
