Casual Disability Support Worker - Maroubra
We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Casual Disability Support Worker to join our team in Maroubra. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic workplace, building meaningful connections, and supporting clients to live fulfilling, independent lives.
About the Role
You'll work both on-site in our Maroubra office and out in the community, supporting clients in individual and group settings. Evening shifts often include group outings where clients come together to enjoy fun, social activities.
Monday to Wednesday group 9am - 4pm
Thursday / Friday - FAKAJ and community access.
Preference for candidate to work in office 4 days a week. Experience or ability to plan and organise sessions.

Experience working with people and managing multiple tasks in a busy environment will be highly valued.
About you...
We seek a self‐motivated and friendly individual with:
Essential Criteria:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Ability to work within Royal Rehab's value‐based framework upholding the values of honesty, respect, working together and innovative thinking.
Robust understanding of the Disability Standards, and the ability to translate these standards into practice.
Self‐motivated individuals with a positive can‐do attitude.
Experience in working with customers with a range of physical, emotional & mental health conditions desired.
Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
