The Corporate Performance andCustomer Experience Branch has an exciting temporary opportunity for anexperienced Corporate Planning and Reporting Officer to support the Corporate Planning team.
The Corporate Planning and Reporting Officer plays a keyrole in establishing and maintaining a robust performance management frameworkthat supports Council's strategic direction. This role is responsible forcoordinating integrated planning and reporting processes, ensuring thatperformance measures, analysis and reports provide clear insight intoorganisational progress and enable informed decision‐making across theorganisation.

Tertiary qualifications inbusiness, corporate planning, social policy and governance or relateddiscipline and job related or transferable experience
Sound knowledge ofIntegrated Planning and Reporting requirements under the NSW LocalGovernment Act and related policies and regulations
Demonstrated experience inbusiness/corporate planning and reporting, including developing keyperformance indicators, interpreting performance data and preparingreports for a range of audiences
Demonstrated experience inPerformance Software Program
Strong problem solving,analytical skills and organisational skills including working within tightdeadlines and political environment
Highlevel of verbal and written communication skills including negotiation,engagement, presentation and interpersonal skills
Demonstratedability to function well in complex and time constrained environment
Demonstratedability to apply EEO, WHS and ethical practice principles and to act withprobity at all times
