Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to lead the Quality Use of Medicines program.
You will oversee medication safety, monitor prescribing trends, perform audits and drive continuous quality improvements across the organisation.
This role works with the Quality and Safety teams and multidisciplinary clinicians; AHPRA registration is required or eligible.
Oncology pharmacy experience is highly desirable and will be valued in guiding practice.
