About the role:
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you'll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support.
Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you'll be working across our Capalaba / Wynnum Weststores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.
Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the stable Full Time position Monday to Friday.
We're offering a competitive salary of $95,000–$110,000 plus super, along with an attractive bonus to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work.
There is future opportunity to work Full Time across a Saturday, which would allow mid-week flexibility and an additional $8,000 on top of your base salary.

Skills & Experience
In addition to your
Qualified Practitioner number
, the successful candidate will possess;
Solid clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
Solid administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
