Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to support the assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, and distribution of medical devices.
This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to operational efficiency and timely delivery.
The position operates within an ISO *****-certified Quality Management System, emphasizing accuracy, compliance, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and test incoming components to ensure they meet specifications.
Assemble, label, package, and verify components and finished products following approved work instructions and quality standards.
Organize and prepare dispatch notes and related records for shipments, including deliveries to subcontractors and distributors.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established procedures to ensure traceability and compliance.




Contribute to maintaining a safe and effective production environment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Proficiency in computer use and fluency in English (both verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage relationships effectively.
Completion of secondary education (HSC or equivalent).
Previous experience in medical device, electronics, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Familiarity with ISO *****, ISO ****, GMP, or similar quality systems is a plus.
