We're looking for a Precinct Activations Lead to join our Event Operations team and help deliver the Australian Open ****.
This is a full-time fixed-term contract from September**** to February****.
As this is a seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December– February.

About the role
Coordinate the delivery of precinct activations and retail/merch from planning through to event delivery and bump-out.
Manage contractors, agencies, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Oversee event logistics including site access, accreditation, scheduling, and operational requirements.
Coordinate build and bump-in/bump-out activities, supporting the successful delivery of retail and precinct installations.
Maintain project documentation, compliance requirements, budgets and reporting processes.
About you
Proven experience delivering events, activations, exhibitions, or production projects in a complex environment.
Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of event operations, logistics, contractor management, and WHS requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
Strong administration skills and attention to detail, including experience managing project documentation and reporting.
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
