Eftsure Pty Ltd is seeking a Director of Quality Engineering to define, govern, and uplift quality across our technology organisation as we move to AI-led software development. This leadership role focuses on quality governance, not traditional QA management, and reports to the CTO.

You will design CI/CD quality gates, set production readiness rules for both human-written and AI-generated code, and lead QA Engineers across Sydney, Cape Town, and Lyon.
