MJ's Electrical & Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated, qualified electrician to join our team.

We're a small family-owned business completing a wide range of work across South East Queensland, including residential maintenance, split system air conditioning, commercial fit-outs, data, lighting, automation and more. One week you could be installing air conditioning in a home, the next you're helping deliver a high-end commercial fit-out.

We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone with a solid attitude, takes pride in their work, and wants to keep learning.

What you'll be doing
Residential electrical maintenance and fault finding
Split system air conditioning installations and servicing
Switchboard upgrades
General electrical installations
Commercial electrical work and fit-outs
Data and communications




Working alongside apprentices and contributing to a positive team culture

What we're looking for

Essential
Current QLD Electrical License
Current Driver License
Experience with residential maintenance
Fault-finding skills
Great communication with customers
Ability to work independently and manage your day
Reliable, punctual and well presented

Bonus (but not essential)
Refrigerant Handling License (ARC)
Experience installing split system air conditioners
Working at Heights
