The Recruitment Coordinator will work across our talent, HR, and compliance teams and will play a key role in managing relationships with our NDIS & Aged Care Providers, in relation to the required onboarding of current Support Workers.

The Recruitment Coordinator’s primary focus will be to provide a high standard of customer service in a business support role, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions relating to recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

Specific aspects of the role will include
Onboarding of current employees identified by our NDIS/Aged Care Provider clients.
Creating and administering employment contracts according to SCHADS award requirements.
Ensuring new hires have legislatively compliant documentation and/or following up on expired documentation/ certifications.




Running regular reports required for compliance and HR.
Communicating with clients to ensure they are kept up to date with the onboarding process.
Supporting the talent, compliance & HR team with workload.
