Hilton Foods is seeking a highly organised Workforce Planning Coordinator for our Heathwood site in Brisbane. This 12-month fixed term contract role focuses on workforce visibility, labour planning, and reporting to support production needs.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will monitor availability, identify gaps and resourcing risks, and provide insights to improve efficiency and roster effectiveness across the site.
