St Vincent's Public Hospital in Sydney is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (division 1) to join the Community Nursing team on a permanent part time basis.
The role involves delivering care in patients' homes and clinic settings following discharge, with a rotating roster and 24 hours per week across three shifts, 08:*****:30.
You will work within an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery, independence and safe community living.
