Head of Operations - Brisbane
role and you will lead and oversee the branch operations, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, productivity, and operational performance through strong and inclusive leadership.
This role requires seamless integration into the existing high-performing operations culture, while developing and supporting talent to achieve and exceed business objectives.

Ensure all couriers are trained using provided guidelines
Co-ordinate team resources to keep training relevant and effective

Communication & Reporting:

Liaise with Customer Support & Operations to assist with recoveries from service failures
Open collaboration with various team members, staff, employees and contractors
Undertake analysis and complete on time reporting requirements
Attend regular meetings; and update the team accordingly on various news and plans
Projects and Cross Functions:
Be an active participant and contributor when senior management brainstorm challenges and opportunities
Accept additional project management from time to time as needs arise
Openly share experience knowledge and advice to other team members to encourage consistency and to target desired outcomes.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
Minimum of 5 years in a senior operational leadership role
Well-developed influencing, leadership and employee development skills
Experience in dealing with Unions
Ability to get the best out of people
Solid Performance Management
Excellent communicator, able to relate to a wide range of stakeholders – franchisees, sub-contractors management and staff.
